Services for Concrete Lifting and Leveling
Why replace it when you can fix it for less!
Polyurethane concrete raising is a process we use to raise sunken or unstable concrete slabs. You drill holes and pump material under the concrete slab.
At Concrete Lifting and Leveling we raise and level concrete using this polyurethane foam and have incremental injections. The foam will expand within about 15 seconds allowing you to monitor the raising and preventing over raising the slab.
With Concrete Lifting and Leveling we start by strategically drilling 1 1/8-inch diameter holes in the concrete requiring lifting. The pump foam, through these holes, filling cavities and restoring the slab to its original grade. Once the slab is back in place, we meticulously clean the surface and patch the holes.
Our concrete repair and leveling services offer solutions to various concrete issues, including foundation settling, deteriorating curbs, and sunken sidewalks. Replacing a concrete slab with Polyurethane foam makes it easier and quicker with less mess and fewer long-term cracking and sinking issues.
Concrete Lifting and Leveling uses the process below for our slab lifting and leveling.
- We start with Polyurethan ASP Lift 430-Polyurethane Foam.
- We use a light easy to spread material and equipment to inject and put in the slab.
- We start by drilling three-eighths injectable holes into the concrete slab. These are small holes. This process is done with light equipment which means less mess.
- Then we inject the poly foam under the slab through the holes.
- As the foam expands, the concrete slab is lifted back into place.
- Then we come around again and put silicone sealant into the drill holes and joints.
- we patch and smooth out the holes
- The entire process takes about 2-3 hours.
Then we let it set for another hour and you are ready to use your quality looking restored concrete slab again
Recommendation.
At Concrete Lifting and Leveling, we recommend repairing any settling indoor or outdoor concrete by having our professional team inject your concrete problem with Foam. This process fills voids underneath the concrete while lifting it back to its original position. We offer our poly foam process to suit your needs.
This restoration ensures your concrete slab is functional and safe to use again. Your driveway, walkway, or sidewalk will regain its pristine appearance and ability to support regular traffic.
Concrete steps may sink or tilt away from the house due to soil settlement or erosion. This poses a safety risk that requires immediate correction. Instead of replacing the stairs, fill it with Poly Foam. This can effectively lift the concrete back into place.
